Terms and Conditions – Savari Holidays

1. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings must be made via the official website, phone, or WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as stated at booking. Savari Holidays reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through online transfers, cards, wallets, or other accepted modes. Advance payment or full payment may be required based on vehicle type and service chosen. Service will commence only after receiving the agreed payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available if done 48 hours or more before the scheduled service with a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial or no refunds depending on service terms. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Changes and Modifications

Changes to booking details (vehicle, route, date) are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before travel. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

5. Use of Vehicle

Vehicles are to be used exclusively for the passengers named in the booking. Illegal activities, misuse, or overloading of vehicles is strictly prohibited. Drivers employed or contracted by Savari Holidays are to be treated with respect and not asked to perform unauthorized tasks.

6. Driver and Safety Policies

Our drivers are licensed, trained, and committed to safe driving practices. Passengers must abide by all safety instructions. Consumption of alcohol, hazardous substances, or unruly behavior in vehicles is prohibited. Savari Holidays reserves the right to terminate service for non-compliance.

7. Pricing and Additional Charges

Prices are transparent and final as per quotations given during booking. Toll, parking, permits, and state taxes, if applicable, are additional and payable by the customer. No hidden fees; all costs are explained clearly.

8. Delay and Liability

Savari Holidays is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or any unforeseen events beyond control. Lost personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers; Savari Holidays holds no liability for losses.

9. Vehicle Condition and Substitution

All vehicles are regularly maintained and sanitized. In the event of breakdowns, a replacement vehicle or alternative arrangements will be provided as soon as possible.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected for service delivery and protected as per applicable laws. We do not share personal data with third parties except for operational purposes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Mysore courts.
