At Savari Holidays, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and efficient for all our vehicle rental and cab services including one-way cabs, outstation trips, roundtrips, airport taxis, Tempo Travellers, and mini buses.
✔ Full refund (minus a nominal processing fee) is available if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.
✔ Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund or none, depending on the specific service terms and timing.
✔ No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the service has commenced or for no-shows.
Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support channels (phone, email, or website).
Once a refund request is approved, processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method and bank procedures.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
✔ If service disruption is caused by Savari Holidays (e.g., unavailable vehicle, cancellation by company), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
✔ Refunds are not applicable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
