This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Savari Holidays ("we", "us", "our"), including local rentals, outstation trips, one-way and round trips, and any associated services (driver, permits, etc.). By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone. Cancellation charges depend on the time between cancellation request and scheduled trip start:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not store your full card details. Refund processing is handled securely through the payment gateway used for the original transaction.
We may cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, driver unavailability, force majeure, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, we will:
We aim to provide advance notice where possible but are not liable for incidental expenses (e.g., pre-booked hotels) unless otherwise stated.
Requests to reschedule or modify bookings should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle & driver availability. Charges or additional fare differences may apply.
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, extreme weather, government restrictions). In these events, we will work with you to provide an alternative or a refund where feasible, less any unrecoverable third-party costs.
Some bookings may involve third-party services (hotels, toll permits, inter-state permits, or local operators). Cancellation and refund rules of those third parties may apply in addition to this policy. Any non-refundable third-party fees will be deducted from refunds.
Where a security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the trip subject to vehicle inspection and deduction for any damages, fines, tolls, parking, or additional charges incurred during the booking.
Any unpaid tolls, parking fees or fines discovered after trip completion may be billed to the customer and recovered from the security deposit or charged separately.
Certain services, special offers, or advance bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Where a booking is explicitly indicated as non-refundable, the advance paid will not be refunded upon cancellation.
Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will be handled in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the state of Karnataka (unless otherwise agreed).
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
